About Pinnacle Pavement Services
We do one thing: keep commercial asphalt across central Mississippi looking sharp and lasting longer.
Pinnacle Pavement Services is a pavement maintenance company serving seven central Mississippi counties: Hinds, Madison, Rankin, Leake, Attala, Neshoba, and Scott. We are not a general contractor that stripes lots on the side. Striping, sealcoating, crack repair, and patching are the whole business, which is why the lines are straight, the sealer is applied at spec, and the job is done when we said it would be.
What we do and what we do not do
This is the part most contractors leave vague, so here it is plainly. We maintain existing asphalt. We do not sell new construction.

- Fire lane striping and curb painting
- Wheel stops, speed bumps, and bollards
We do not
- New asphalt construction or paving from scratch
- Full-lot overlays and mill-and-overlay
- Complete parking lot replacement
- Concrete flatwork, curbs, and sidewalks
That boundary is deliberate. Because we do not sell replacement, we have no reason to talk your lot into being worse than it is. And because maintenance is all we do, when we tell you a section has failed past saving, you can take it at face value. We will point you toward getting the replacement bid properly and be here to maintain it once it is down.
Who we work for
Property managers, retail and office owners, churches, schools, HOAs, medical practices, and industrial facilities across Jackson, Madison, Ridgeland, Flowood, Pearl, Brandon, Clinton, Byram, Richland, Canton, and the rest of the 7-county area. We phase the work in sections and plan the schedule with you so your lot never fully closes during business hours.
How we quote
Every job starts with a free on-site walk-through. We measure, flag anything you should know about (ADA layout issues, base failure, drainage problems), and hand you one firm written number. No per-hour billing, no surprise line items, and a straight answer when a cheaper repair will do the job.
Why maintenance beats replacement
Asphalt replacement costs many times more per square foot than protecting what you have. A simple cycle of crack filling, sealcoating every 2 to 3 years, and fresh striping keeps a lot serviceable for a decade or more past its neglected twin. That is the plan we build for every client, sized to the property and the budget cycle.
