Parking Lot Striping & Sealcoating in Jackson, MS

Pavement maintenance in Jackson

Jackson has the oldest commercial pavement in the metro, and it shows. Downtown office lots, the Fondren and Belhaven retail strips, medical campuses along State Street, and church properties all over the city are working with asphalt that was laid decades ago and has been patched more than it has been maintained. That is the exact situation where a maintenance program beats a replacement quote by a wide margin.

Older Jackson lots almost always need crack repair before anything else. Sealcoating a lot with quarter-inch cracks left open is money spent twice. We walk the lot, price the repair honestly, and tell you when a section is past saving instead of selling you a coat of sealer over a failing base.
